Summit Senior Living: A new assisted living community located at 5600 West and 6200 South in Kearns, Utah. Kearns, a township of about 35,000 residents, is 15 miles from the heart of Salt Lake City with terrific views to the west of the Oquirrh Mountains.

Ron Ziebart of Kearns I, LLC, is the managing member and developer of Summit Senior Living which is under construction on just under 4 acres. The building will include 75 assisted living "ALF" apartments and 32 memory care "MC" beds.

Summit Senior Living: is designed to cater to active seniors, those who need assistance with daily activities and those with dementia or other forms of memory loss. Milestone Retirement Communities, LLC, headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, will be managing the community.
