Joshua Springs Senior Living: A new assisted living community located at 2995 Desert Sky Boulevard, Bullhead City, Arizona. Bullhead City is conveniently located approximately 100 miles southeast of Las Vegas, NV and is in the northwest corner of Arizona along the Colorado River. Bullhead City offers more than 300 days of warm desert sunshine annually and a recreational atmosphere of diverse lifestyles. Ron Ziebart of Bullhead City I, LLC, is the managing member and developer of Joshua Springs Senior Living which is under construction on approximately five acres. The building will include 74 assisted living "ALF" apartments and 30 memory care "MCC" beds.

Joshua Springs Senior Living is designed to cater to active seniors, those who need assistance with daily activities and those with dementia or other forms of memory loss. Milestone Retirement Communities, LLC will be managing the community and is located in Vancouver, WA.
